A pet mover who is passionate It was with much trepidation that we started the process to move our two pugs, Archie and Bonnie, from Singapore to Hong Kong in 2012. We had heard so much about the difficulty of transporting pugs (because of the respiratory problems associated with short-nosed breeds) that we had expected an arduous process. We had the good fortune of being referred to Kelvin. From the moment we contacted him, he was hands-on. He guided us every step of the way. It isn’t just about being informed, it’s about the ‘personal touch’ that Kelvin provides. It’s clear that he loves what he does and really cares about the pets he is responsible for. Smooth journey from start to end Moving pets is a stressful experience even for short distances. Kelvin Koh provided us with more than peace of mind. He had good relationships with contacts at every point of our two cats’ journey from Singapore to New York via Frankfurt. He knew everything like the back of his hands – from the airline’s and airport's regulations to the facilities for the transportation of pets. Tuk Tuk and Tashi traveled in separate carriers with no tranquilizers, and a 4-hour layover in Frankfurt. They arrived in good shape in New York, and cleared the customs without any issues. After nearly 27 hours of traveling, Tuk Tuk and Tashi settled in comfortably in their new home. We are in awe at how smoothly things went. We simply cannot thank Kelvin enough.
